Half Day Italian

Discover the flavors of Italy and how to produce traditional Italian dishes that celebrate and use traditional ingredients. At the end of the course you will be able to confidently replicate the dishes and techniques you have learned at home, giving you a foundation of core Italian cookery skills from which you can build a range of further dishes. • Ricotta & parmasan Ravioli with burnt butter sauce • Oven Roasted Sea Bass, Lemon Risotto, Roasted Vine Tomatoes • Tiramasu
It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class. This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 15 years.
