Thai cuisine is well known for being delicious and healthy. This course introduces you to Thai ingredients and how to prepare and cook a few of the most well-known Thai signature dishes balancing the four tastes, sweet, sour, salty and spicy. • Thai Sui Mei • Thai Green Curry Paste • Thai Green Curry • Aromatic Basmati Rice
It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class. This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 11 years.
