Japanese cuisine offers an abundance of gastronomical delights with a boundless variety of regional and seasonal dishes as well as international cuisine. In Japan, a home meal is served in one course, with several dishes. The rice is taken for granted, but it's the central point of this meal, accompanied by a variety of foods which are cooked in different ways. Join us to make a feast of classic Japanese dishes. Our instructors are qualified Chefs with many years training in some of the top kitchens. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hands-on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your evening. Sample Menu: Gyoza - Japanese Dumplings, Sushi, Chicken Katsu curry with pickled vegetables.
