Divine desserts is completely devoted to the art of creating beautiful and delicious desserts and patisserie. The course focusses on the preparation and presentation required to create classy desserts. At the end of the course you will be able to confidently replicate the dishes and techniques you have learned at home, giving you a foundation of core dessert cookery skills from which you can build a range of further dishes. Typical dishes that will be covered (subject to dietary requirements) Sweet Pastry - Lemon Tart, Profitaroles, Chocolate Fondant, Pannacotta, and doughnuts.
It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class. Children over the age of 8 must be accompanied by an Adult.
