Half Day Spanish & Tapas
Our Spanish & Tapas celebrate the fresh flavour's of Spain and how to produce traditional tapas dishes. At the end of the course you will be able to confidently replicate the dishes and techniques you have learned at home, giving you a foundation of core Spanish & Tapas cookery skills from which you can build a range of further dishes. Typical dishes that will be covered (subject to dietary requirements) Broad Beans with Serrano Ham, Patatas Bravas, Polpete meatballs, Spanish Tortilla, Chorizo in Red Wine.
It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class. This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 11 years.
